Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using FaceIQ, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service. FaceIQ is a product of Xiyor (xiyor.com).
2. Service Description
FaceIQ provides AI-powered face analysis including age estimation, gender detection, emotion recognition, and deepfake/authenticity detection. Results are provided for informational and research purposes only and should not be used as definitive or legally binding determinations.
3. Acceptable Use
You may only upload images for which you have the legal right to process. You must not upload images of individuals without their consent where required by law. You must not use FaceIQ for surveillance, law enforcement, biometric identification, or any purpose that violates applicable law. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API.
4. Credit System
Credits are a virtual currency used within FaceIQ. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Signup grants 30 free credits. Each image analysis costs 10 credits. Credits can be earned by watching rewarded ads. Xiyor reserves the right to modify credit pricing at any time.
5. Accuracy Disclaimer
FaceIQ uses machine learning models which are probabilistic by nature. Age, gender, emotion, and authenticity results are estimates and may be inaccurate. Xiyor makes no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose of the results provided.
6. Intellectual Property
FaceIQ, its UI, design, and codebase are the intellectual property of Xiyor. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of FaceIQ without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xiyor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of FaceIQ. The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.
8. Changes to Terms
Xiyor reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of FaceIQ after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
